Who we are
Don Blackburn
Don is our founder. He has more that 30 years of professional experience in commercial business management, finance, insurance and actuarial science, information management and instruction. He has developed and implemented administrative and financial policies and operational and financial procedures and has designed computer systems including networking and web sites.
Don attended Baylor University, The University of Texas at Austin and The University of Texas at Arlington. He teaches Economics and Computer Science as an Adjunct at The University of Texas at Arlington, Dallas Baptist University, and Tarrant County Community College. He co-authored a text on insurance accounting and computer systems. He has served as an officer of several insurance companies and a medical case management company, and as a manager in the consulting practice of a major accounting firm in support of computer system implementation and audit.
